Cancellation and refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes it’s necessary to cancel or reschedule your yacht rental. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our business.
- If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your rental date, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your booking within 14 days of your rental date, no refund will be issued.
- If we determine that the weather conditions are unsafe for sailing, we will cancel your rental and offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule to a different date.
- If you request to cancel your booking due to bad weather, no refund will be issued.
- If we grant your cancellation request due to extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency or a death in the family, you will only be able to reschedule your rental to a different date.
Please note that any rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within 12 months of your original rental date. If you need to reschedule your rental, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
